How to use the storage

Use the portal's built-in storage function to store files.

The design portal comes with a built in storage function that automatically stores all the files from your requests. You can also manually store files that your designers will need to frequently reference, such as logos and brand guides.

1. Click the storage button:

2. Then click the 'new' button to either create another folder or add a file:

3. To download a file, simply hover over it and click on the download icon

Please note: The storage function is client-facing and for your use, and your Designers/Project Managers will not be able to add, remove, or edit files from the storage. The design team will only be able to download files from storage to use directly for design requests.
