How to submit a request

The bread and butter! Learn how to submit a request in your Teamtown portal.

Submitting a request is as simple as filling out a brief on your design portal.

How to:

1. Hit the 'create request' button
2. Fill out all the necessary information in the brief
3. Add a brand guide to your request
4. Press submit

All done!

Tips:

• Be sure to provide copy/text if you would like any to be included on your design
• The more info, the easier it will be for your designers to achieve your vision without having to deal with many revisions
• Always name your design something unique so that you and your team will be able to come back and refer to it later on
