Brand guides are important assets for your brand and any brands you work with. Having one handy allows for your designers to ensure brand consistency, from fonts to color usage and everything in between.
If you don't have a brand guide, simply submit a request asking for one to be created. We can create a brand guide based on your existing branding, or we can start a branding project to tighten or rebrand your existing brand.
Once you have a brand guide available, you can store it directly in the design portal. Your designers will be able to access the brand guide in the portal and reference it for all of your requests.
Here's how to store your brand guide and brand assets:
1. Saving a brand guide
Already have a brand or style guide on hand? Great!
In this case, all you'll need to do is save the brand guide to your storage.
To do this, head to your design portal and click 'storage'.
Now you can either save the brand guide there, or create another folder and save it within that.
Do the same for any brand assets that you have, such as logo options or font files.
2. Using a brand guide
So you've created your brand profile, now what?
You use your brand profile when submitting requests. When you submit your request, simply type in the brand you would like to associate the request with in the 'brand' field.
Your designers will then have access to all of the brand information that you attached earlier. Now, your designer will know to use that brand profile in this specific request.
Add as many brands as your heart desires, we'll take care of the rest!
